Enterprise Customer Success Manager

PointGrab is a leader in Edge AI, delivering an expanding portfolio of workplace sensing devices and managing a unique, large-scale dataset through its cloud platform.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our experts team. In this role, you will own the relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of our occupancy intelligence and workplace data solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining a strong understanding of IoT sensing technologies with insight into the day-to-day challenges of commercial real estate, workplace strategy, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management

Value Delivery & Data-Driven Advisory based on deep familiarity with the products

Platform Adoption & Enablement across customer functions/organizations

Own Retention & Growth, in collaboration with AE

Thought Leadership & developing the community

Experience:

4+ Years of experience in Customer Success, Presales Engineer, or a related client-facing role at B2B SaaS environments

Hands on experience working with LLM and AI tools

 

Experience working with enterprise-level accounts in English

Big Advantages:

Background in product management or project management

Familiarity with workplace technology SaaS

Experience working in a Startup environment

Skills:

  • Strong data literacy — ability to interpret analytics dashboards, utilization reports, and translate data into clear business narratives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with customer SMEs (CRE, HR, IT, Operations)

  • Organized and proactive — able to manage a large portfolio without letting things fall through the cracks\

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-scale environment with a high degree of autonomy
