UKI & EMEA Client Director
The Short Version:
We are looking for one person to own UK and Europe from first conversation to expansion order. You will build your own pipeline, run the product discussion, close the business, and grow the accounts after go-live.
This suits a specific kind of seller: someone with enough technical understanding to bring value also in the second meeting and who thrives in building long term relationship based on trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Build your own pipeline:
- Own new-logo generation across the territory — target account selection, outbound, partner-sourced and event-led. This is a hunting role; inbound supports the number, it does not make it
- Sell to Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities and Sustainability leaders in large enterprises, alongside their IT, network and security stakeholders.
- Run full enterprise cycles: qualification, business case, pilot, security review, procurement and close.
- Feed back what you learn. Territory strategy, ideal-customer definition and pricing signals are shaped by the person in the field — you will help write your plan, not just execute it.
Grow the installed base and the channel:
- Own a portfolio of existing direct and channel customers: business reviews, adoption, renewals and reference development.
- Drive expansion — additional floors, buildings, regions and modules. Land-and-expand is the core motion here, not an afterthought; with our new wireless sensor, expanding monitored SqF potential, the following orders can be larger than the first.
- Develop channel and technology partners — system integrators, facilities management providers, proptech and workplace platforms — from resell agreements through to joint pipeline and co-selling.
- Enable partner sellers so they can identify and qualify opportunities without you in the room.
Technical Solution Selling:
- Lead your own demos and technical discovery — sensor coverage and placement, power and wireless network requirements, edge processing, data flows, APIs and integration into IWMS, booking, BMS and BI platforms.
- Demonstrate your subject matter expertise on sensors, IoT, occupancy data, workplace trends and technology innovation
- Scope and run pilots and proofs of concept: agree success criteria up front, interpret the occupancy data that comes back, and turn it into the business case that unlocks the rollout.
- Carry the privacy and security conversation credibly. In our category, this is where enterprise deals are won or lost.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales with a consistent record of carrying and hitting a number selling technology into large organisations.
- Demonstrable new-business generation — you can name logos you sourced yourself, not inherited.
- Genuine technical fluency: comfortable owning a discussion about hardware, networks, cloud, data and integrations without escalating.
- Experience selling into corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, smart buildings or adjacent enterprise IT/OT buyers
- A track record of growing accounts after the first sale — renewals, expansion and executive relationships.
- Disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting (Salesforce).
Big Advantage:
- Hardware-plus-SaaS, IoT or edge-device commercial experience.
- Channel or partner-led selling at enterprise scale.
- Working knowledge of IWMS, workplace booking, BMS or building integration ecosystems.
- Experience working with the current AI products and tools to make your time efficient.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary with appealing commission
- Equity options participation in a growing company.
- 20 days annual leave plus UK public holidays.
- London office, with regular in-person team time and customer travel.
- A territory with genuine whitespace, direct access to founders and product, and the autonomy to run it your way.
Location: Hybrid, London City Office
