PointGrab Ltd. today announced a channel partnership with WellStat that brings occupancy and indoor air quality sensing together in a single spatial intelligence data platform. Customers can purchase and deploy PointGrab occupancy sensors alongside WellStat Air Lite and Air Plus sensors through PointGrab’s channel eco-system, then access both sets of data through the PointGrab platform.
The integration combines people counts, presence and space utilisation with environmental readings including CO₂, temperature, humidity, volatile organic compounds and particulate matter. It gives workplace teams and their technology partners one source of data for understanding how spaces are used and the conditions within them.
Until now, organisations seeking workplace performance picture had to draw on separate systems: one for occupancy, another for environmental quality. The PointGrab–WellStat partnership eliminates that divide. By incorporating WellStat’s IAQ sensor network into its platform, PointGrab extends its portfolio of connected devices and expands the intelligence it delivers to customers — moving from “where are people?” to “where are people, and what is the quality of the environment around them?”
